Would this team be open, or is this reserved to your friends ? (like you're going to bring them all in here)
Cause I've to warn you, we're not going to be an international community drived. We really want to stick French first for obvious reasons (TF and what happens to forums like IC). So if you don't mind that's cool cause there will be some member not using english since it's not an obligation and some of them don't know how to talk it (even in the admins).

i'm agree and i understand the point, and about the team, i'm looking for some ppl french so if any french want to join us feel free to do that and i'll  try to respect the french language.

Je suis d'accord et je comprends le point, et l'équipe, je suis à la recherche pour des Français si certains Français veulent se joindre à nous s'il vous plaît le faire et je vais essayer de respecter la langue française

Ou alors il va faire une application pour entrer dans la team (ce qui signifie candidature en anglais)
Au passage UFO c'est aussi un super groupe (un peu vieux).
